JPS Grounds Maintenance provide Grounds, Parks and Open Spaces maintenance in Derby and surrounding areas.

Public Open Space is a requirement of most new developments as part of planning requirements. Open space, play areas, estate roads, street lighting, drainage systems are being abandoned by many Local Authorities due to a decline in willingness to do so. In order to maintain the high standards of these areas for the residents to enjoy, we can take full responsibility for them.

These sites can be adopted or managed by us on behalf of a Residents’ Management Company. In addition to being well-trained and experienced in all areas of maintenance, our team complies with all relevant health and safety laws and supports legislation, as well as a policy of sound environmental stewardship.
